Agile Overview
Agile is an iterative and incremental product delivery approach that fosters project team and customer partnership collaboration.
Agile promotes adaptive planning to develop a product in iterations, thereby supports a greater flexibility to change reducing the extent of long-term planning.

The Agile Manifesto
The Agile Manifesto is the declaration of intentions, motives, and views of its issuers, and is the foundation of all Agile Frameworks. It was written in February of 2001 by independent-minded software practitioners. While the participants didn’t agree about much, they found consensus around four main values.
Individuals and interactions over processes and tools
Working software over comprehensive documentation
Customer collaboration over contract negotiation
Responding to change over following a plan
These values that formulate the basis of Agile are what alters the standard understanding of projects and are why it is so difficult for many organizations to adopt. It’s not a methodology; it’s a framework, a mindset, a way of being, and I can assist you with the implementation of Agile frameworks within your organization.
